Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues
- Participate in inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Skills to handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
