Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains its appearance, assists customers, and provides exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
