Job Description

We are hiring Full-Time Store Associates (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
