Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and clean store, and ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers. Job Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
