Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and offer assistance to shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is preferred
