Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow established security and confidentiality protocols.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash register experience are preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with local laws.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and work experience is acceptable.
