Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
