Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of store management, including overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies. This role offers a starting wage of $31.75 per hour, with a potential earning of up to $105,500 in the first year (varies by location).

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Good understanding of budgeting, personnel costs, and operational expenses.
• Flexibility to travel for training within divisional requirements.
