Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and create merchandised displays.
- Organize inventory, operate machinery, and prioritize safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
