Job Description
Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a full-time member of the team, you will be responsible for various in-store operations to ensure the store's success and maintain a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines to uphold store security.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
