Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
