We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Stock and merchandise products, operate cash registers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to company policies, handle inventory, and communicate feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with cash procedures and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
