Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute store operations following ALDI's guidelines and demonstrating the M.A.P. principles.
  • Assist customers by processing purchases, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Operate equipment safely and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
