Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at ALDI, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficient in using store equipment and following company policies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
