Job Description: Store Team Member at Aldi

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow cleaning procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
