Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Collaborate with team members and store management
• Assist in inventory counts and monitoring
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
