Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store is organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
