Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Salary

• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and fulfill assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
