Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. From stocking shelves to cashiering, your contributions will directly impact our success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and maintain security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for handling alcohol.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
