Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and following company policies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
