Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, perform cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma preferred.
