Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a tidy store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
