Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies for the role.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
