Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Full-Time
• 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
