Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, following company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multitasking skills.
