Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by handling various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years for employment at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
